Interview with Sam and Ron
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Sam: no
Ron: No. I was only there for pre-sentencing till i got
bonded out. My month that I served though will
count in my re-sentencing for probation violation.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Sam: None in county I think.
Ron: If I recall correctly Dupage does day for day
meaning 1 day counts as 2 days.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Sam: I don't know.
Ron: Nothing really.
